The Area

The house is situated in a quiet residential street about 10 mins walk (2 minutes drive) from the seafront at La Barrosa with its beach, shops and restaurants.

To the rear of the house is a large, wooded and immaculately maintained park and children's play area. The house has a lawned garden on three sides. The garden is professionally maintained on a regular basis and is stocked with beautiful plants. It is fully enclosed ensuring privacy and provides an extremely safe environment for small children.

The local tennis club, which has a pool (open in July & August) and 12 floodlit courts, is a few metres distant.

There is a small supermarket (Coviran) within 100m which is open daily until about 8pm for bread and other essentials. There are several other small supermarkets in La Barrosa (Coviran, Carrefour) and larger supermarkets (Supersol, Mercadona, Lidl) within 5 minutes drive.
