Terms & Conditions
- Unless agreed otherwise, the house will be rented for a minimum period of 1 week.
- The house will be rented for the number of named people declared on the booking
form (up to a maximum of 6 unless agreed otherwise). Guests other than those named are not permitted (unless agreed with owner).
- No pets of any kind are permitted at any time.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent is required at the time of booking
- Booking will be confirmed by the owner in writing or by e-mail upon receipt
of the deposit
- The balance of rent should be paid 1 calendar month before the start of
the rental period. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of deposit and loss of booking.
- The owner or his representative reserves the right to ask for a security deposit of 150 Euros
which will be returned to the client at the end of the rental period assuming
no liability for damage / breakages. Note, we do not normally enforce this condition.
- The house will be available from 1600 on the first day of the rental period
(unless otherwise agreed beforehand)
- The client must inform the owner or his representative if arrival is to be delayed.
- The house must be vacated by 1100 on the final day of the rental period. Actual time of vacation and arrangements for return of keys are to be agreed with the owner's representative
- Late arrival and / or early departure will not result in a rebate of rent
- The owner and / or his representative reserves the right to inspect the
house during the rental period if, in the owner or representative's opinion, there is a good reason to do so. Any inspection will be by appointment
with the client.
- Furnishings and fittings must be left in a similar condition to that in
which they are found upon arrival. In the event of non-accidental damage or loss, the client
may be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement costs.
- The client undertakes not to disturb the peace of the neighbourhood.
Specifically, noise should be kept to an acceptable minimum between the hours
of 2200 and 0800. The owner's representative has the right to demand immediate eviction of the client (without compensation) in the case of client behaviour likely to cause damage to the substance of the house and / or its furnishings or any case of repeated disturbance of the peace.
- The rent is inclusive of standard utility (electricity, water, gas), cleaning
and laundry charges
- Clean bed linen and towels will be provided
