- Prices quoted are for self-catering accommodation only and are quoted in Euros per week.
- The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, water etc.) and cleaning.
- Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, hair dryer are supplied.
- Essential consumables (e.g. dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc.) are supplied and will be replaced by the agent on request.
- Bookings are accepted on receipt of a 30% non-returnable deposit. Full payment will be required 30 days in advance of the first booked date.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer to either our UK or Spanish bank accounts (details supplied on request).
- Payment can also be made by credit card using the 'Paypal' link on the home page. Note you do not need to be a Paypal member to use this service.
- Departure / arrival dates are flexible.
- Normally, July and August bookings will require a 2 week minimum stay, though we are always happy to discuss individual requirements - please ask. All other bookings require a one week minimum stay with extra days available at the pro-rata rate (i.e. 1/7th of the weekly rate per day).
- Discounts will be given for bookings of more than 2 weeks. Please contact us for further details or for advice on flights, car hire etc (or see links).
- You strongly advised to take out travel insurance.
